Michał Krawczak, współzałożyciel HAT Research Center, doktor nauk humanistycznych, praktyk/teoretyk.
W obszarze zainteresowań naukowych łączy doświadczenia teoretyczne i praktyczne. Prowadził wykłady i warsztaty m. in w Folkwang Universität der Künste w Essen (2015) Harvard University, Boston (2015), Emerson College, Boston (2015), odbył staż naukowy w Zürcher Hochschule der Künste w Zurichu (2015).
Zajmuje się współczesną sztuką medialną i performatywną, projektowaniem doświadczenia w wirtualnej rzeczywistości, sound designem, badaniami transdyscyplinarnymi oraz działaniami w obszarze art&science. Autor i współautor wielu projektów artystycznych, w 2015 roku nagrodzony wraz zespołem złotym medalem za sound design za interaktywną instalację Post-Apocalypsis na Prague Quadriennial of Performance Design and Space.
